This is the Rotator Flogger with bullhide tails.
It has a unique 2 part swivel ProGrip rubber wrapped handle which is hinged in the middle with a quality ball-bearing swivel. It can be used with standard flogging technique such as over the shoulder swings, or used with just a rotating wrist action. It is great for those with physical limitations, and also works great if the subject is lying down.

20 Tails, 33 cm (13") long, 1.27 cm (1/2") wide.
Handle 38.1 cm (15") long (both parts).
Total length 73.6 cm (29").
